The prosecution claims they have two witnesses left in the trial. A key witness in the case, Michael Cohen, is expected to take the stand next week.

Michael Cohen served his time for the crimes he committed and his character should be judged only on what he has done after the fact. Trump being a presidential candidate should have no problem taking the stand so that we can all move past this. Trump had said this week he would be honored to serve time for the constitution. @@Grinch83 No, he did not serve his time, he was let out early because of COVID. As far as his character after the fact, he was refused early release from probation FOUR TIMES because, as per DOJ, he has no problem lying under oath and is a continued risk to commit more crimes. Stinky would not have hired him if he was not a crook. The only reason he is telling the truth is because he is smart enough to know that there isn't any lie that could be worse than the truth. He is not any kind of hero,

So you think it's unethical that Michael Cohen went to prison because he helped Trump hide stuff from voters ? Trump picked Pence for all those supposedly "Christian" votes. He would have lost those votes if they even had a clue what a lecherous unfaithful husband he was. That's what this trial is about. The cover up is the crime.

No it's not. Cohen did time in prison partially because of his actions surrounding this very case. In January 2019 at a hearing of the House Oversight Committee, Cohen warned Trump directly, and the rest of America indirectly what we're seeing today was inevitable from that point on.
