Those people at Ofcom should get out of their lazy chairs and start to go to work! It's not about how many viewers there are, but about the principal of having this political construction. And in answer to JRM true Free Speech doesn't put itself above the other, but converses on equal terms and as a presenter that is never the case. In that position you are always above the other, how 'fair' you even try to be. So in essence you are not about 'Free Speech' at all and just gaslighting the nation.

Mogg raised one thing of interest when he said we can just switch to KZfaq and say whatever they want. Why? Why do we allow a number of billion dollar companies that you can count on one hand to knowingly allow the spreading of misinformation? We’ve let them make driving division a business model, all they care about is engagement so they can advertise to people, we have no idea how these companies are using algorithms to keep people engaged and we’ve seen the impact of that and yet very few people seem to care.

The audience was also not a cross-section of the general public but rather a selected group of people that were favourable to the Conservatives. The presenter for Labour social, Graham Hughes applied to be a member of the audience but his ticket was later withdrawn when they found out he was strongly against the Conservatives.

This is the trouble with listening to Mogg though. His drone sounds so reasonable. But anyone who knows anything about YT, especially people like yourself, knows they wouldn't survive, it's ridiculous.
