I can care less who the man is married to, I'm just glad to see that he's not degrading and slandering black women like the typical black male does. As a matter of fact he's uplifting them, so be thankful for that! Maybe if some of you bitter women had a love life of your own, you wouldn't be hurt over the next person's love life. I don't care who dates whom, as long as you're being respectful and mindful of others. Black men that date non black women and tear down black women in the process is who my anger is directed towards.

I just don't understand why they still claim to love black women, but won't date one as soon as they think that they've "come up". I've heard some black men say that they would get a white woman if they won the lotto because they think that a white woman would help them keep their money, while a black woman would just get lazy and spend it all on weave and materialistic things.

i think she took him wrong on why he said that. he wasn't saying that like a random thought to still identify with blk women. it was because of him taking on various roles in which he did in "colored girls". since it was a negative role ,he was worried about how people would look at him after that. the statement about blk women was made to assure them that it just was a performance and not his real self. the stars have to do those promotions and it's not by choice. it's part of their contract

he's an actor, black women know that he's acting. Why would he apologise for playing a negative role? does he think black women are stupid? he shouldn't take on those type of roles if that's how he feels. If a famous black actress spoke about her love for black men but she was married to a white man... how would you feel? The excuses are unnecessary.
