Nationalise this water authority with NO compensation. It's onscene how now there is so much sewage in waterways that wasn't there 10+ years ago. The other waterways would then be better behaved.

Dishonestly blaming anyone but the Tories. Gove's government cut funding for inspection and prosecutions. Why didn't he do something when he was Environment Secretary?
