Michael J. Fox falls onstage at ‘Back to the Future’ expo amid Parkinson’s battle

Michael J. Fox gave “Back to the Future” expo attendees a scare Sunday when he fell onstage.
The 61-year-old, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991 at age 29, was walking onto the stage at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia when he tripped.
To fans’ relief, Fox landed on a couch and was able to continue the Q&A panel with his co-stars Christopher Lloyd and Tom Wilson.
The Emmy-winning actor’s public appearance came weeks after he told “CBS Sunday Morning” viewers about how much “harder” his battle with Parkinson’s has become.

in his NEW film called "STILL" - he falls in the street after saying "hello" to someone then gets back up and says to her instantly "you swept me off my feet there" haha the guy has had it hard he doesn't deserve what happened to him, Michael J Fox is a legend and superstar that has played a big role in a lot of our lives thanks bro, wish you all the best!

I heard him say that it puts him off balance whenever someone holds him and tries to help or direct his body. He would rather you put your arm out for him to use than you grab him and try to steady or move him because then he is unbalanced by your centre of balance. Looks like that handshake and pull on his hand unsteadied him and he dropped that hand fast. Then the bowing was either a coverup of some lack of balance or caused him to lose his balance further. He talks in his documentary Still about his many experiences of falling. I wish him and his family well. 💖

I picked my Dad up dozens of times with this horrible disease. He only made it 3 years and it was gut wrenching. Props to Mike for fighting like he does.
