The man keeps going, never gives up. What an inspiration. Now that's the definition of a hero. What an example for his kids. I am also inspired and in awe of his wife. Married 35 years with children and stuck by him. Many people would not do that, they would cut and run. I salute the Fox family and wish them all well.

My eyes are welling up. He so didn't deserve the cards dealt to him. I admire his resilience and love his obviously sweet soul. He is a true star, not just in Hollywood. God love this couple ❤

He has always physically done as much as possible for him. He’s fought this monster disease from the young age of 30. Being robbed of your future has got to be a living nightmare. I am in awe of his courage and determination and strength. Alex P Keaton will always be my favorite character of his. Marty McFly a very close second. I wish I could tell Michael J Fox thank you for bringing laughter into my life. Thank goodness for DVDs

Being diagnosed at 29 with a neuro-degenerative condition is truly a shock. He had his ups and downs and came through but a lot of credit must go to Tracey for not giving up on Michael during his worst times. Standing in front of his peers speaks volumes to PD sufferers. To not feel ashamed, embarrassed, or defeated. . 🐑🐑🇳🇿🇳🇿NZ

I LOVE YOU, MICHAEL. My Dearest DDdy had Parkinsons disease too. He was a Fighter and Survivor like you. He was married with my Mom for 58 years. They were as madly in love on the day my Daddy passed on as the day they married. He passed on Memorial Day, 2005 and I miss him every day. You just keep on keeping on Michael. It is a shame Michael I’d going through all of this. But he has family, friends, and fans by his side who love and care about him. He’s not just my favorite actor but he is an inspiration to many. I root and pray for Michael all the time. May he have the best everyone can give for him.

Ive been a big fan of Micheal J Fox and the Back to the future films, He comes across as a Cool nice guy. His performance in Disturbing movie, Casualties of war is probably his Best performance.

This narrator has events all out of whack. MJF knew about his Parkinson’s before filming BTTF or at least he already started having g tremors at that time even if he hadn’t been formally diagnosed yet. He talks about it in his auto biography.

Not true... much, much more is now known about Parkinson's thanks to the Micheal J, Fox Foundation (MJFF). Unfortunately, here in the United States, research and development of treatments are hindered by laws and regulations that other countries like the UK and Germany do not have. The MJFF has funded studies world-wide, that have led to the advancement in treatments. It is a damned shame that the US is behind the rest of the world in the treatment of Parkinson's, especially when it comes to stem cell replacement therapy of the Dopamine brain cells that Parkinson's destroys.
