I was there and my heart was filled with joy and excitement. However, I did not realize at that time how high the quality of this concert was. After seeing many concerts over the past 30 years, I realized that Michael Jackson was the only person who could deliver such flawless live vocals and dance so well at the same time. Only one person, Bruno Mars, may come close, but Michael is the best in the universe forever! (I know it's pointless to compare.)

この当時私は高校生でブリティッシュロックが好きだったからマイケルとか大衆的なんで思ってたけど、今観ると、誰よりも繊細で完璧なプレイに感動します。 This is it も素晴らしいです。 長生きして欲しかった。

ジャクソン5の頃からのファンで、中学時代はブリティッシュロック一筋でした(*^^*) このコンサート、横浜開催当日参加させて頂きましたが、最初から最後までマイケルの生歌で歌ってくれて、欧州ツアーなんかだと口パクが多いんですが(余りに激しいダンスのクオリティを、維持するため)…。 日本のファンは大人しく音楽を聴いてくれるので生歌に徹したそうです^^

prior to late 1988 where a few songs were lip synched, his concert tours were ALL performed ENTIRELY LIVE VOCALS from the Jackson 5 to Jacksons Tour (Destiny, Triumph, Victory tours)

He sings very well here. Osaka is the next favorite and then Wembley. The singing teachers reacted to this concert and praised the way MJ sings throughout the concert. One of his best concerts. Supposedly he caught a cold here, but if he sings with a cold like that, imagine without it.

This concert is the absolute blue print for everything!!! It still thrills me to this day!!! He is connected the the divine spirit from start to finish… He is at one with himself and the stage!! Today I miss Michael so much so I end up watching his live shows. He never did solo tour in The USA. Bad Tour was his first solo tour and he started it in Japan. Watching this brings tears to my eyes because how great he was. I'm forever envy of those who saw his live performance. He'd been performing since what? 8 years old? 10 years old? Its insane. It's sure brought happiness because he said he loved performing but I can't imagine the endless hardwork, sleepless nights to be this magnificent. He also had to deal with long-term health issue till his last breath. Not to mention the amount of bullying people throw at him. Wasn't it in Japan that he collapsed after the show? Any MJ die hard fans know better than me about this. He gave his all for music. Everything and I'm forever grateful to listen to his music. He's forever my #1 in music.

What a soulful rendition of She's Out of My Life! That was after non-stop dancing and precise choreography. Then immediately after an emotive performance, back to perfectly synced dancing without missing a beat! That's a legend right there!

Também estou nessa. Quando nasci Michael já estava completamente pálido e com bastante problemas, porém ainda assim e msmo sendo criança ainda ouvia falar muitíssimo bem dele, fora que me lembro até hoje do dia que anunciaram a morte dele. Porém nos últimos dias me peguei asstindo alguns clipes antigos, vendo os deles percebi que tinha me esquecido o quanto ele era foda e sinceramente a melhor versão dele é essa dos anos 80, fico besta com ele cantando Beat It nesse show de Yokohama
