After the news anchor woman spoke the words "Michael Jackson has died"my auto response was "OH MY GOD"! What followed was an intense feeling of nostalgia which led to me crying every day, non stop for what seemed like a MONTH. I also had a surreal feeling that at the time of his death time had STOPPED leading me to write my one and only poem "Frozen In Time, 2009". This makes me so sad. It also came out that the last will that was supposedly signed by Michael appointing John Branca as the lawyer was signed when Michael was no where around. He was in New York on the day when he supposedly signed a will in LA. Fast forward to Michael’s death and John Branca is in charge of the estate. MJ’s multi billion dollar music catalogue is eventually sold to Sony for less than what the Beatles music alone is worth. Now the estate has also sold half of Michael’s personal catalogue. The estate has made hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars off of Michael since he died. He left Sony owning half the company and they committed evil crimes to get it back. I can feel Jermaine’s pain in these interviews. You can tell how much he loved his brother. No matter how famous Michael got, to Jermaine that was still his little brother.

@@mongkmorine8574 unfortunately I don’t think so. They don’t have legal access to his estate. It seems like even his heirs don’t have a say in how the estate handles things. Don’t know if it’s true but I heard MJ’s mom tried to stop the sale of his personal music and it was denied and sold anyway.

I'm going to be blunt here, I don't believe for a second the "he was so excited to sell out 50 shows and to be ready to get back on stage". What Michael hated the most aside the mainstream media was to tour, and he signed for 10 concerts max just because he wasn't having the best time financially, but MJ was betrayed and forced him to do 50 concerts instead despite he didn't agree to that. Him preparing for 50 concerts is what kiIIed him.

3 shows a weeks not a lot. He had far more rest days that previous tours where he did more than 50 nights. Artists older than 50 like madonna are doing 80 plus shows. It's not he couldnt. He didnt want to. Michael liked spending, but not earning. 3 tours in a 30 year career would say he just didnt like it.

@@stevencurtis6802Michael didn't do only "3 tours in a 30 year career". He had been touring worldwide/nationwide with his brothers since the late 60s to the 70s and 80s. The 3 tours you speak of were solo tours only. But he had toured over 10 times with his brothers over decades

@@for-house-stark I'm referring to his solo tours, I'm fully aware. I stand by he just didnt want to do it. And I stand by he was perfectly capable had not for the drugs of doing it. The fans talk about 50 shows like it's never been done. Jeez that's a small number especially over the 6 months.

@@stevencurtis6802 50 shows were very challenging for his age. Especially considering the heavy dancing involved. MJ wasn't the kind of artist to just stand and sing. He had to physically exert himself as the crowd expects.
