Concentrate in the very last square of the coffin at 5:20 you will see that the paper or whatever material on it starts to rip as if Michael tries to get out of it then after it with few seconds you will see a slight movement happens there with a very slight shadow of a person on the other side... With the constant movement of the back up dancers and dazzling lights they could hide his jumping... Also, they put the coffin in a specific pose so that the audience cannot see what happens on the other side

People don’t realize the constant intense singing back to back doing a tour. You can even hear it from the back up singers as well how tired their vocal cords. If you saw the day 1 tour and the last day tour, you can see and her major difference. No wonder why Michael said he went through hell tour- I mean he loves to tour, but he can get tired.
