My dad just passed Oct 31,23. I am devastated! I was crying the night he passed when I went to bed I said I am alone now dad. He was my last living family member. One of the many vessels my loved ones who have passed and spirit use to speak to me is through song. Before my eyes opened the next morning as I awoke this was playing in my head. It was my dad letting me know he was and always will be with me. I have since received many other signs from him but will always treasure this beautiful song. It always was a beautiful song but now even more so. Peace and love to all and know you are not alone. God and the angels love you! Your loved ones are right there with you. 💔🙏🏻

When I listen to this song, it reminds me of the times I saw Michael’s sweet, loving, and caring face in all of those pictures and videos, wishing as much as I can that he was alive, so I might actually see him. I’m young but I love him with all of my heart.

The Pet Slime I still remember watching videos of his live performances of this song where in the second verse, “Just the other night, I thought I heard you cry......you are not alone...”, etc, the security guards escort at least one fan onto the stage to share a hug and a ballad dance with Michael and the way Michael bows to fans as he sings, “I am here with you,” is sooo cute. He genuinely was so full of love to everyone. Oh Michael! Please come back!

I really like the pronunciation of Michael's simple and clear words when he sings every word clearly and distinctly ... not like many English-speakers, they swallow the letters and distort the words by singing or talking as if they had swallowed hot hot potatoes. .. my respects to Michael ... learn from Michael how to speak beautifully and how to sing beautifully and intelligibly ...

I completely agree, I think it's the accent/tone/intonation people put to English now. It's gotten worse with time. I love how people would sing in the 80s and before, also the older generation in the 90s that would sing adult alternative, not the pop from then either because that's when it began. Just listen to old commercials from the 50s and 60s the style of speaking has changed so much. I really can't stand how the younger generation pronounces things now, even those my age have an annoying accent/tone (not sure what the exact terminology would be) to their English that just isn't appealing.

The world wasn't ready for someone like Michael... I hope one day we will be though. If more people had his compassion we could make this world a better place. It's pretty twisted that one of the most beautiful songs can come from such a misunderstood soul... but that's probably the reason why. Always think with your heart and go above and beyond for people. Saying hello to a stranger might be their only interaction with someone in an entire week. Small actions can have a big impact... There's 7 billion people on the planet... nobody should have to feel alone, ever. RIP Michael, the world was so cruel, but you always had the biggest heart.

Also, there are an incredible amount of healing books from which to choose. Alan Cohen, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Lundy Bancroft, Melody Beattie, MJ Ryan, Dr Ramani, Dr Les Carter, Dr Phil McGraw, etc. I personally have read books from all these authors. I recommend them especially. Most therapists recommend journaling. It is extremely cathartic! Write out all those painful and wonderful memories. One day, you will look back, read from your journal, and you will see how much you have healed! You are wanted. You are needed. You - are - here - for - a - reason! Be strong. Have faith. 🙏
