A similar situation happened in Florida, just like in Michael Jai White situation the guy was the aggressor who charged up to a guy claiming I will kill you. The aggressor didn’t show or even have a gun, but the man he approached took what he said and his actions to be serious, so in defense he shot and killed the aggressor male. Florida Justice ruled he was innocent and only using self defense.
