Wis Dom Your damn fucking right. Im a boxer, i train 2 hours a day, 4 days a week and eat like a king. I dont gain weight. Im not ripped but when i take my shirt off i look like a runner or a swimmer. Kinda funny really.

We used to walk a mile to go to the public pool, swim all day & then walk home. We were 10 yrs old . Didn’t seem like a big deal. Now if I walked that mile I’d need a nap afterwards… lol

@@graceb3064 Jared Fogle was the former pitchman for Subway, whose claim to fame was losing over 200 lbs by only eating Subway sandwiches (minus most condiments) and exercise; that gave Subway a lot of exposure. Speaking of which, it all came crashing down when Jared was accused of molesting boys. That led to his wife divorcing him, and him serving jail time.

I just finished reading Michael's book - This sketch is funny because he WAS NOT actually eating 10,000-12,000 calories per day. He says that is an exaggeration made up by the media for clickbait and headlines etc. He's making fun of it in this. He was eating less, like 4000-9000. Still way more than the average person, but it wasn't a gallon of coffee ice cream and a whole pizza a day hahaha. The 3 sandwiches, omelette, 3 french toast & pancakes was accurate though (only when he was hungry af)

More recently, he was convinced of possession of child pornography and child sex tourism; he is currently serving prison time.

I was eating at a restaurant in Vienna and fortunately Phelps was at the table next to me. He let his wife and friends pick first and then told the waiter he wants 9 pizzas. @1:38 OMG I'm dyinggggggg so assuming he practices 16 hours a day AND his pool is 25 metres it still comes out to be around 14 seconds for the 25.. that's crazy and I didn't even add the hours he eats.. coz 8 hours sleep is a must for competitive sports

Translation from a guy training swimming: If you are genetically skinny (like me) you just eat whatever you want whenever you want as long as you swim 3 days a week Swimming burns hella lot calories and builds muscle and eating after a training session is way more than when eating without training. I personally can confirm it, before I started training my weight was 62kg and now I am 70kg (the time lapse being from April 2018 to March 2019)
