bro aint no way they making it back to the finals. they beat the lakers, and injured wolves, suns, and heat team. FULLY HEALTHY GSW beats then in 7. I dont see this team making out of the second round because Jokic doesnt really like the nba. He says its a job and noone likes their job.

@@gnielsen07 still ballhog and doesn’t play defense. Thanks to coach mike for benching him mostly in the finals especially not putting him back in the 4th quarter. Also thanks to denver coaches for putting brown back in the game after mpj bricking 2 shots in a crucial minutes last game. He play no defense 💯

People like you seriously don’t know how to watch/understand basketball. MPJ was integral in the regular season, playoffs, and found a way to be a positive force despite shooting poorly. His 3 assists, 13 boards, and 16 points in game 5 won them a f*cking championship. Go home casual

Look at the Celebration by Jokic for the MPJ 3 at 3:26. Huge 3 by MPJ considering. MPJ's 3 ball went completely away all Finals series but he found a way to have an impact on the boards + Defense + (👀playmaking a bit👀)

Despite having a rough finals, he was great in every other series with big performances. I hope he can develop his handle. Besides that, he had great defensive moments in the finals and the 16 he scored in the closeout was needed, even if it was on 17 shots. Hope he can build more confidence. The fact this is like 1/4 of the length of the other player's individual highlight reels is funny though 💀

Games 1 and games 5 MPJ had double doubles, while also impacting the game with his length as a shot blocker. Dude is still very very young, and has so much to grow. Nuggets lost Bruce Brown and Jeff Green, but one underrated/overshadowed story is how MPJ will continue to get better, and affectively, addition by subtraction as MPJ will only have a larger role moving forward as he continues to get healthier and better, improving his handle, foot speed and shot creation.

I was worried after his 2nd season that he would want out or want a trade as he has the qualities and ceiling of a star, but with Joker and Jamal, he would always be the 3rd option, and 2nd option at best case scenario. But these last two seasons, with him going through rehab and coming back, he's shown he's all about winning, willingly surrendering his role in clutch situations to Bruce Brown and Christian Braun because he understands their defense is better suited for those situations. This will only help him get better, as he is already showing immense maturity at such a young age. Denver might have a legit chance at repeating if MPJ keeps improving and Christian Braun gets better as the Nuggets main 6th man. They'll need Reggie Jackson to step up and play a role off the bench as well, and Zeke Nnaji needs to finally blossom into a regular rotational player after losing Jeff Green. He needs to be our main backup big. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk
@LLawliet-tv9ig

Yup. MPJ managed to impact the games even without shooting the ball well. Just imagine if he had knocked down a couple more shots. He's pretty much a 40% 3 pt shooter and every 3s he takes you expect it to go in. MPJ is the X factor for Nuggets to become a dynasty. There are some other deciding factors on the team too, but I feel like MPJ is such a momentum swinger on the team both on the offensive and defensive end. As he becomes more of a two-way player and less and less of a defensive liability, the Nugget won't have to keep benching him in clutch moments or during important stretches. One key of MPJ continue improving is just his health. The healthier he is, the more athleticism he can showcase on the court. His lateral movement or overall fluidity becomes better too which just opens up so much more to his game. If we can get back the MPJ close to what we had from in 2020-2021 season athleticism wise but now with the added experience and better defensive discipline, we have ourselves a star waiting to be awakened. Depth is the only weakness the Nuggets have next season but they have the entire season to figure out the bench rotation. I'm excited to see Christian Braun and Peyton Watson take on a bigger role. I'm also expecting Zeke Nnaji and Vlatko Cancar to fill up significant minutes off the bench. I mean they have to be good enough to take over Jeff Green's minutes right? I feel like we should utilize Zeke Nnaji more as a power forward on the offense. Hopefully, he can stay healthy so he can build rhythm with the bench and solidify himself as a rotational player. When Zeke plays comfortably with confidence, he can be a very impactful player on the roster. One underrated player that I think has a great chance of cracking the rotation is Hunter Tyson. Standing at near 6'9", his shooting can really help out the bench. I know this sounds crazy, but I'm kind of looking forward to a potential bench lineup of Braun, Watson, Tyson, Cancar, and Nnaji. Average height of this lineup is at least 6'8" and there's a good balance of offense, defense, pace, shooting, and ball movement.
