Listening to Michael Singer teaching is a complete shift of paradym for me, and as I start to live my life more mindfully in this new way, I realized how freeing, yet fearful all at the same time because living in my old way (although is familiar, what I know), but, I see it now it's been also filled with wasted energy, and unnecessary stress cause by my own doing. I can learn to let go and be un-thered, so to begin to feel that true sense of freedom, uplifted energy of pure joy and simplicity of what life is offering me each moment... My conscious mind/ego feel like it's out of a job :-) Thank you Michael Singer.

There is a lot of good advice in this video. I struggle with my walk everyday. My journey in this life has ups and downs, like all. One of the major points is just to acknowledge the now. Don't look so far forward or so far backwards. Just Renounce and Enjoy!

If you were raised by a narcissistic or abusive parent, you are going to have deep issues with that person. We should forgive and understand that they are acting unconsciously but even as an awakened person, you should maintain boundaries with unconscious people. Not everyone will awaken in this lifetime.
