We love Michael Singer’s work. As long as he and KZfaq allow us to post these videos, we will.
We do not receive ad revenue from these videos, but KZfaq may.
If you would like to learn more about Michael Singer’s work, here are a few suggestions: - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday, he releases talks at www.tou.org. - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday night, he gives a live talk at his Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida. Anyone can attend for free.
He’s written several books. They are phenomenal, even the ones written in the seventies. (We will receive a commission if you purchase books through these links.)

tinyurl.com/Untethered-Soul-J...
tinyurl.com/Surrender-Experim...
tinyurl.com/The-Search-for-Truth
tinyurl.com/Three-Essays-on-U...
If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.
Thank you for visiting. Peace, my friend.

This is the most beautiful way of having the most beautiful life. I am here because I got to the most beautiful place and felt like my environment over the past 3 years has taken me back to my identification with lower vibrations and attachment with things. I have been through so much in life from abuse to severe pure o and the rest and I promise you it can get so beautiful when dedicated to choosing living and love. This naturally means boundaries from love, response from love, gratitude, meeting others needs with love the whole perception of life is love. Right now it’s been so so hard but I have been there and I promise you can get there.

Tx Michael. You help make things plainer and easier to understand and make the corrective changes and truly be lifted up into higher frequency, energy, and vibration. WE ARE NOT HELPLESS, DEFEATED! This is GOOD NEWS! We can enjoy life and be happy all the time. Healing and freedom and liberty is possible NOW! It is all about knowing the truth. When we know the truth and apply it in our lives, we do not have to live in depression and darkness. We can be happy all the time

In simple terms: attachment is the root of suffering. Attachment is fearbased and fantasy, and conditional. Connection is something else, connection is without attachment.

Yea, it’s a breaking apart and putting back together process to truly heal. It’s not for the weak. This is why most people don’t truly transform. In my experience, creativity is the only thing that really helps me. And that involves literally ‘rewriting’ rewriting yourself and rewriting reality from the soul. Trusting my spirit and cultivating that relationship with my spirit and finding that safety and trust there.

In some cases removing ourselves from situations or people has nothing to do with a lack of love or not being okay. Sometimes these choices actually come FROM love. Take the example of a person who chooses to leave an abusive relationship or someone leaving the room when a person is yelling and namecalling. In these cases we do not remove ourselves because we are not feeling okay, but because the treatment we receive does not align with our selfworth.

🙇🏻‍♀️Great truths, unfortunately conveyed in a tone of judgment, mockery, ridicule, and even a certain cynicism and condescension towards those who have not yet awakened, a style very characteristic of Singer. If I had the opportunity, I would ask: is it absolutely necessary to position oneself above others to assert one's intellectual/moral authority?🤔

Everyone needs loving relationships with other people for a happy life❣️ The same as you need a loving relationship to yourself! 🤗 To love is the most beautiful and intelligent ability living beings have. And therefore everyones basic need. It's our natural inner compass for a beautiful and happy life with each other. And not accidentally synonymous with 'human'ity and its evolution towards social intelligence!♥️🕊️

Every body needs to WORK & EARN ENOUGH MONEY In order to not go homeless, maybe if I was married. I wouldn't be talking about this, but I don't see a husband or a wife supporting me and because I live alone. I'm the only one that could work here. I don't think an aunt you can go to work for me. I can tell the aunt. Can you go to work for me and? Pay my rent for me Why is it that Michael singer only talks about love? He never talks about work. He never talks about money. He never talks about people that can't work. And they're disabled, and they get off Scot. Free. They don't need to pay their rent. They have somebody else paying it for them

I see too that this can work theoretically, but in reality things seem more nuanced to me. Like the part of liking everything, everything has it's function and for example if some guy is touching you without permission you don't have to like that and to have boundaries and set them is totally okay. Also in relationships.. of course the foundation of love is very important but there has to be some sort of a match? otherwise everyone could be with everyone, how does that work? But I do think to learn to love who you are and accepting how your life is, is a good base to work on instead of staying dependent on others / factors in your live.

What's the point in living if we don't remember our life's lessons and learn from them. That's not attachment is it? The point is, not to hold it inside so you don't get triggered, just keep it as a memory.?

"im trying to get it the way i need it to be to feel okay" - ahhh the first 10 mins just sums up everything you know you do and you can't fully clear out in words why you do it. When you're in love, you dont worry about disapproval from anyone else because loving them is enough to make you feel good. But when you're not feeling love, you try to do or control things that dont matter or worry about external things because you're not okay inside.

Geepas - cut to the chase for goodnesses sake. Basically hes saying we need to learn emotional regulation. We need to feel to heal, to become more in tune to notice when stuff affects us and not store it. The issue i see is that if weve been abused etc we dont like feeling. They are the things we try and stay away from. It is a huge commitment to learn how to stay in our bodies when we are being triggered back to for example a 7yr old but it is possible to learn. A feeling lasts 90 seconds unless we perpetuate it with our thinking. Its a long road but worth it

I agree with what he is saying but I believe moments unfolding can be altered before and after they happen. Matter changes with frequency, and as humans we have the power to change our frequencies. When you start to see everything as energy, everything changes. I agree with what he is saying but he is missing that moments are energy and we are energy so we can learn to manipulate it if we want to

I often feel sad because I'm going nowhere and feel that the people around me are mindlessly following the crazy wheel of people in power. They seem blind to intelligence and seem to prefer social games. They also like blind positivity. None the less I also realize that my issue is more me than them. They can do what they want. It shouldn't be making me sad. My main issue seems to be with my inability to let go of what how I perceive things should be vs how they've ended up. I seem to be seeking others praise, popularity, control, and other things that I know won't solve my issues. I feel like I let go of such petty concerns once, but am finding it very hard to do so right now. I had more support in the past, but I shouldn't need it.

I struggle also with the way it appears out there. I just now wonder if some innocent, ideal part of me has had a naive, precious, unrealistic pov, that has kept me stuck in dissatisfaction. I have resisted accepting the 'human condition' experience, ( based in free will to continue forward in). Ultimately, I choose to transcend that conditioning from the bs I downloaded from a chaotic childhood. I appreciate the references he makes to the higher and lower chakra energies, and their manifestations in my life experiences. Clear and spot on. Every day is a new opportunity !

@@kristinebennett2228 I feel that I'm conditioned to resist things that happen. I label them as bad and good. Right and wrong. If people and things don't fit into my idea of those things I get depressed. I think my way forward is to let go of all of that. Things may happen that I don't like. People may do things that I don't agree with. None the less it shouldn't bother my inner peace. That is their way. I also should let go of my need to have certain things. Thank you.

I have had some thoughts listening to Michael Singer lately about what he says about the moment in front of you having nothing to do with you, and how that fits in with ten latest consciousness theories and quantum physics, for example Tej observer effect does have a real influence on an outcome of an experiment. I get it that it’s not personal but I’m struggling to grapple with what he is saying and what other people are saying about simulation theory etc

I think of it this way. There have been 13.8 billion years of observer effects influencing outcomes. Any effect I have had as the observer is pretty insignificant.

Just an FYI I don’t go to work to prove anything to anybody I go to work so I can pay my bills buy food have a decent living situation and you know take care of myself. there are an infinite number of things I’d rather be doing with my life then going to work. I don’t go to work to prove anything I go to work because I have to. Wake up the economic situation in this country is destroying who people are.

I dont even need the timestamps. Just, lol, yes. He seems to have dissatisfaction, annoyance, etc. I dont know what all. ... I havent watched a lot from him, so I dont know if this is a new tone/attitude for him. Maybe he's having "a day" ?? Anyway, yup. Not calming energy, from my perspective. So, not as easy to take from it.

I have a question. What is that I need to let go. What if I have an image that probably is reason for blockage?

You let go of the disturbance. When you notice that something has disturbed you, you remain centered in the Seat of Awareness. Simply watch the internal disturbance. You relax and lean away from the disturbance. You don't jump into it with your awareness. You release it.

love is not: I will swim the ocean to be with you, to share my life with you. Thats romance and still dependency. You want nothing in return, you just love them for who they are, not how You feel around tgem

Does anyone know which course he is referring to that he mentions in this? Powerful talk.

It's an 8 hour course offered through Soundstrue. You can find a link to "Online Video Course" on Michael Singer's website: tou.org/books-inspiration/ Further down the page, you'll also find a link to a free 3 part video series which is a high level introduction to the full 8 hour course. The course is great. I took the course 8 years ago and I think I got more from the course than from initially reading his book. The talks he releases today cover much of the same material, but the course seems more structured, more organized. It would be especially beneficial for a beginner.
