I have read his books, watched his KZfaq stuff...and have appreciated all of it..But this!! I have listened to 6 times in 2 days...a great teacher can put the same lesson across in several different ways so as many people as possible can understand....This video is my moment of understanding!! Anybody can answer this: I was diagnosed schizoaffective Disorder been on meds 4 years. But, I do yoga and read/listen spiritual material. Can I still attain a high state? The yoga and meditation does help....

I’m not sure what that disorder is but I have OCD which has me on meds as well. I’m pretty certain it’s all part of my karma which means it’s there for me to continue on the path. If I didn’t have the disorder I may be like 99% people I know that think they’re spiritual but don’t do the practice. OCD continues to place me on the path! 🙏
