His son and daughters are beautiful! It's heartbreaking and actually frightening to see the anger people have towards biracial children with a fairer complexion. God creates everyone beautifullly, there's no reason for hatred. His daughters remind me of me and my twin. We came out pretty fair but that doesn't diminish what we carry within. We are proud of our African roots. I believe they are too!

@@pierretoussaint8426 Just to clarify, I am proud of my African roots and you don't know me. I am a biracial individual with white skin (the exact same complexion as my Caucasian father). I study racial politics within University and have come to terms with the notion that some people within the black community are offended when someone like myself labels themselves as black. Within the depths of my heart, I identify as black and African but I in no way would ever want to offend people within the black community. I am proud of being African, there is not even a doubt, but to say that I face the same daily discrimination as an individual who is visibly black would be disrespectful to the black community and a disservice. That is why I use the term "fair skinned". I am not sure if you have ever majored in race studies but the first tenant is to acknowledge race not ignore it. We need to celebrate every race instead of pretending like it does not exist. Thank you.

His older daughter has the same eyes as her sisters. The three girls inherited Dad's eyes. I can believe the story about Tanita's resentment towards her father, because, I have dealt with that, and still do, at 50+. But....when anger and bitterness toward my father engulf my thoughts, I say a prayer for me to NOT.....give those thoughts, any power. Easier said, than done especially, since after SO MANY men passing through my life during my formative years, my mother chose to marry the one that RAPED me. The harsh reality is, I have HAD to forgive to free myself from the captivity that hate and resentment has had in my soul. The hater is the one who suffers, NOT....the hated.
