I like Mike. I genuinely don't think he was meant to pull at the level he has pulled and be as successful at it, yet somehow he brute forced his way into it, subjecting his body to crazy amounts of damage and finding a way. He's also quite open about his mental health and vulnerability, which is a breath of fresh air in a sport that's very closely associated with toughness and manliness. All the best to him.

People dont have to like the open arm toproll , but they gotta understand for Michael it was either that or quitting high level armwrestling. His injuries and damages forced him to do this

For me, Michael and Devon are one of the most important and respected pioneers of this sport, their rivalry for the hammer back in the day was the reason for me to explore and watch armwrestling. Even though I rooted for Devon all of the times you battled, I hope you win this one Michael! 💪

Yeah, I always liked Michael as the underdog against the top guys before he was champ of WAL, then being the paper champ of WAL was unbecoming for him, then the fall as Devon rose up again higher than before, as MMT fell off, and now I see him as that tenacious underdog again that suits him well
