Deadlift builds more than anything. It's every single muscle utilized in coordination. Bench Press and Heavy Curls are stopping power. Pronation training turns all that power into a Power Drill Iron Hand and Wrist. I don't see anyone lifting more than Levan, but if you are "close" and have amazing pronation I am sure he can lose. I've seen him arm wrestle exhausted, and he loses his wrists first sign his arm is shot.

great job moster. question were all thinking and would love a answer to, with davit pulling oleg next month, there cant possibly be a way you will pull him in august. reasons i say is oleg is no joke and it will be a war. if davit wins he will be beat up 100000 percent. if oleg wins then the mach in north america makes no sense. i genuelly dont think it will happen and its very wrong on many levels. please comment on this matter as all fans of urs want to know whats ur mindset and wheres ur head at with all this. also, did u expect the davit mach anocunment agaisnt oleg?

You look like a different animal Mike! I think with you it’s really always been psychological. I think in the past you really just lost it mentally, I think those ketamine treatments really helped you big time, that along with god being the number 1 reason imo at least. This is a different side of you that we haven’t seen in a while in the last two matches. We got use to seeing you immediately going into a defensive top roll, kings move and then just waiting on your opponent to gas out. And I think that obviously had worked in several matches, most notably against Devon in WAL when you beat him. But guys have got better at learning out to defend that move which I think made you change some things up and it was for the betterment of your career.. but you still have that move in the tool bag if you ever need it. But I can tell you have really trained those triceps and shoulders up and got them very strong to be able to show that level of strength against an opponent like Lars. I think this is a much better version what we are seeing right now. When they say go… just smash them straight to the pad, no fooling around! And then if somehow you get on the opposite side of the table you can go back to kings move. Either way you seem to know what you’re doing. Looking forward to a possible title match soon

I think Arm Wrestling should think about adding two more referee's for the start of the match, only? One ref for each opponents correct shoulder line at the beginning and then straight back to two for the remainder of the round. One guy setting up each opponents hand position while trying to watch and correct both guys shoulder line is getting completely ridiculous. It's too much for one ref to deal with to be able to keep it fair and legit, imho.✌
