Almost there love me some London open plays 🙌don’t know if you’ve looked into black seed oil (organic if you can) didnt believe the hype but after my first serving I kicked up so much mucus and in a few days almost a lot of my pollen allergies were nonexistent! I missed those very setups you missed, especially the UCHF one, it really looked so clean, pity it didn't pullback enough fir the entry. But like you said, when you see an edge payout it's always a proud moment even when you're not in the trade

If I can tell an entry is forming and close, I’ll monitor. If not, I’ll simply work on other things and check charts every now and then too see if anything shapes up 🔑

5 days a week gym and roughly 2 hours as I train with someone! Indicator is FXN week and day separator

Humble request what's your routine in relation to {intermittent fasting workout and diet}?, just the timing will be enough 🙏🏿 considering the improvements you've made I'd love to hear your opinion. 🙏🏿

Finish eating usually around 8pm the night before. Then the only thing i will have in a morning is black coffee and shilajit until 11am ish and that's when i will eat breakfast. Going forward from this cleanse i'll be going with eggs with avocado on toast with tomatoes + herbs 😍 Then i'll have a meal mid-afternoon as a late lunch, likely something like chicken + halloumi with rice and vegetables, then a meal at night could be Steak + carbs and vegetables. Going to be incorporating one fruit bowl a day to keep these in my diet as you feel amazing and clear mentally and physically.

Why do you write off the whole day when there is major news just at 1:30? In my experience price only moves unusually at around that time not say 8am or 5pm, am i missing something?

The session before tends to be liquidity engineering so if we have CPI at 1:30, price beforehand most of the time builds liquidity and then is taken. So whilst price is building liquidity I find a lot of PA moves sideways. Then after 3:30 I’m done for the day I know this from prior data my SR is lower and not worth being in setups

GJ & UCHF aren't correlated so i'd take those both. If it was EU & UCHF they're inversely correlated therefore if i take a win on one, it's likely going to be the same for both pairs and vise versa. Therefore to protect myself from risk exposure on correlated pairs, i'd take the one that develops first, if i can remove risk, then i'd take the other one. if not, i'd just take the one
