Right now im struggling…i can’t find a job cause i got these dumb charges on my record. I learned my lesson…I’m just trying to provide for my son. He is the only reason why I’m still here…I just want him to have the life I didn’t. Its so hard for me right now. I feel so stuck right now. I just keep getting denied at every job. I will meet the qualifications…ROCK the interview and then my background comes back and nobody wants to hire a guy with a misdemeanor larceny charge…I just don’t want my son know that I’m a failure. Im sorry Logan…I will become better i promise just be patient with me…Dad loves you. Im trying I really am.

My mom was dying in the hospital and when i came to visit her every day, I listened to this song. It brought a bit of Sunshine where there was, seemingly none. ❤

Just walking down the stairs this morning.... Listening to KZfaq Music Videos, and all of sudden this song came on! I cannot stop listening to it. Wow! A Song has not affected me this way for many years... The Lyrics are also Great!

Every now & then, a song comes along that catches you completely by surprise. For me, Michael Kiwanuka's Cold Little Heart achieved that. It's as though his heart & soul are embodied in this one piece of music & honestly, if you've even had your heart broken, then this song resonates & speaks volumes to that feeling.

This is keeping me hanging on right now. I can't thank Michael enough for the beauty his music has just recently added to my life. I've never been more satisfied with one single artist of this generation. His band is really in tune to each other's souls. They implant these complex emotions that I can't describe in humanly words.
