@@MichaelSabo Your bike is super sick!!! I've found many bike don't have any grease or have never rebuilt the swing arm and components. The bearings/seals for every pivot point came out to around $70 per bolt replacing the needle bearings, but all parts bought from Rocky Mountain just for the speed of delivery and cost.

You have one of the best channels out there. The time you spend filming and explaining is amazing. I used your Raptop video to reassemble an engine from a giant box and parts and it fired right up. What you are doing here is informative and entertaining. THANK YOU!!! It's so nice to see you actually fix things instead of just swap parts. Making a bolt? That's something I would do, but most people just buy new parts all the time when it isn't always necessary. 28 - 1 is actually a LEAN FUEL/AIR ratio. Believe it or not, you can still burn up your engine that way. I wouldn't run that too long.

Hate to be so negative but this is basically a wish build. No serious rider would trust those pegs, brake lever, or run those levers. You put the forks triple tree and front wheel on wrong. That axle is going to bind. Look up the proper ways to do it and also set the head tension. Also that thing won't scream up top because you went with a crappy athena cylinder. The porting is very crappy and the power signs off early. That's why I said before if you want a 144 send a stock jug to Eric gorr or Tom morgan. But on the positive side the 98 yz was the best in class and is still very competitive today. Especially if you swap out the forks for the 06+ Sss.
@MichaelSabo
@MichaelSabo 2 жыл бұрын
Good ole motofarm always with the jab lol. Keep in mind I built this for me... recreation. The axle isn't going to bind; I didn't even show how I set the front end in the video lol. Gorr does great work but I actually know a good bit about port design and the new Athena cylinders really aren't bad; perhaps this is a new design? I also did port work on it myself so it isn't out of the box. Of course it wont be Gorr level, but it's far less expensive and I wanted to do my own work. For me, and most recreational riders, I think this is going to be great 👍

purple is my favorite color and i love a bit of a mix in colors like an accent color to go with something, the green accent with purple and black everything else is 110% the CLEANEST bike I've ever seen! i got goosebumps when i saw the finished product.

Great content Michael. Keep going. Love the honesty of reversing the front tyre and publishing it. I stuffed up on a plug chop video, but published it anyway…

That bike is so dope! I can't wait to hear your review after you get to ride it. Gives me hope that a 200lb rider can get down on a 125!
