How could they NOT manage actual video footage? After all this is 4/2019......... Just turn the camera "phone" on and let it run. No editing required. How lame, someone was taking "pictures". I'm sure the stills came from some video source.

Because this is meant to only be a studio recording. There’s no extensive reason for them to need a video. This video is meant for listening, not watching, hence the high quality audio compiled with the stills. Also, this video was released in October of 2016, not April 2019...

Ian, So what? No one would have been injured if had been videoed. If it had been videoed regardless of the purpose, then the added value could have been of benefit to other interested parties. So what could the harm be? There's no excuse to NOT record it as a video.
