Had the goose at Kam’s last year...it was soooo good. You did a good job at describing the experience. Felt like I could almost taste the food again. I don’t think the second place is a Michelin Star...just recommended. Just discovered your channel after stumbling across your Disney Sea video. Love the content and your vlog style. Been to both places. Can attest, the food is amazing!!. Really miss the roast goose now. Darn. So tasty!!! The wonton noodle soup, and the pai don sou yook jook, amazing!! It's depressing to think about it.

I always enjoy your videos I would try all of that except for the conji only because I am leery of it since it has a thousand year old egg not to sure on that part. So let me ask is the Conji with the thousand year old egg a good thing? To me it seems kind of odd eating something with an egg that old no disrespect in anyway
