I have this theory that the CMC have their special abilities singin/artin/scootin etc etc, but those things they have already demonstrated to do on the show. So im thinking that they take all theyre failures and experiences and pass it along to others and help them get their own cutey marks, and thats how they get their own ultimately

Yeah, I saw the video. I thought he was talking about the VA's for the mane six. Didn't realize he only meant the ones who were at the con. In that case I would definitely include Nicole and the CMC VAs, but Spike is still a much more important character than Big Mac and those others you mentioned.
