She was amazing in this movie. Props to Andrea and Ana too for being so instantly thrilled for her.

Even when Cate said at first that all of the acting prizes is a “horse race”, she looked and acted unhappy by not winning the Oscar. Contradictory attitude.

@@DIANAROSS4EVER she supposed to be more happy than "neutral", Michelle is friend of hers, right? She lost her third Oscar so at the end she wasn't very happy. 👎

Michelle Yeoh making history. A new history for people who usually don't care from the Academy.

Fun fact: Michelle Yeoh is known to have stage fright. The only times when she doesn't have stage fright on stage is when she was dancing; she's used to be a ballet dancer

Michelle Yeoh athleticism and martial arts still kick ass. She's 60. And her interpretations of her character's lives forked into death-defying poetry. Her performance in “EEAAO” is spellbinding in every sense of the word.

She kind of ruined the speech by saying mothers are super heroes. Not every mother is a hero and not every hero is a mother. There is nothing heroic about giving birth.
@thekububeach
@thekububeach Жыл бұрын
She was talking about the real mothers. Not biological mothers. It’s just semantic. I can understand what she was saying because like you said, not all mothers are heroes, some of them even are evils.
@missxmarvel

@@thekububeach Adoptive mothers are heroes because they made the world a better place for a child at their mercy. But still biological mothers are not heroes for giving birth or raising, because if that makes them heroes then animals are Super duper heroes because most animals raise their offsprings better than humans. Almost all animal leaves the nest while humans still live with their parents at 40.
