I like this coach. He knows how to win. I can just tell from his energy in this show, without even knowing of his history (which is that he is a winner). I know Presbyterian had a bad record (I read the comments), but it takes time to develop a winning culture. Patience and endurance. Not toxic attitudes and rumors. The coach will weed that out.

Problem #1 not all the players bought in to the coach. Their culture was terrible. He went to the wrong school. Hopefully he gets another shot to be a head coach in college, if not he would make for a great offensive coordinator at a higher level.
