Love the man unconditionally. When his ankle injuries came around I was devastated but to this day I'm still convinced one of the main causes was his celebration when he would kick the advertising boards

Just heard that Michu has retired due to injury . He was the best striker I've seen in the Premiership in years , what a left foot on the guy . Always hoped he's one day come back to The Swans , the guy was a hero . Enjoy your retirement , my son and I will never forget you gracing The Liberty smashing goals in for fun . Shouldn't have continually kicked those advertising boards so hard though eh !!!

Michu reminded me of berbatov. A graceful, elegant and lethal striker which is becoming ever so rarer in football. I watched Swanseas games only for him and Laudrop. At that time I would’ve gave anything to have him and laudrop come to Liverpool.
