They are an antenna. The highlight of my life was seeing the Stones perform five nights in a row at the L.A. Forum 1975. It was magical! In 1991, I saw them with Guns and Roses. It was electrifying. But Mick didn't change costumes like in '75. I wasn't disappointed, though.

Played with GnR in 1989-not 1991. By '91, GnR were bigger than the Stones.

I saw one of the '75 Forum shows with the Lotus stage. You are lucky indeed to have seen 5. I believe you mean 1989 when Living Color and GnR opened for them at the Coliseum. I don't recall how many nights at the Coliseum they did, the night I saw Axl Rose fell off the stage. I first saw them in '72 and many times since. Next time Arizona in May 2024. Can't wait.

I have been a fan since the 60's...when the song cane out...""Let's Spend The Night together "" and of course " Get off my Cloud""... I have seen them 5 times thru the years...and I'm ready for another!!! It's been since 2019, do yeah I'm over due !! They have the best Stage Show of any other , the highest pull of fans and money for their success....I love the new songs from HACKNEY DIAMONDS, but I really love a lot of their older songs..Wild Horses...The Spider and the Fly, Time is on my Side. Exile on Main street is about my favorite Album...love Sweet Virginia, and when they did it at the concert in 2019, I went wild..and wanted to hear them do it AGAIN..... always a Stones Fan....

These guys have become the quintessential nostalgic band pretty much keeping the cash cow alive although Keith is about as genuine as they come. The Paradiso show is one of their best on KZfaq. Kinda downhill from there…..

@@eg4449 IMO, the best working band from the era of the best Stones music is Little Feat. Their shows are all about the music, never the same and they weave and groove like no other. A bit newer great gigging band is Tedeschi-Trucks. They travel with 13 musicians and still never step on each other they are all so gifted and Susan’s voice just keeps getting better and better, very soulful and genuine. Unlike Jagger who just seems to be alternatively mocking or trying to imitate his voice of old. Derek Trucks slide work is just superb. Finally for a newer gigging band I’d say Tyler Childers and his 2023 touring band puts on a show that is close to perfect. Not a bad song in the entire show and the bass player keeps the groove and the changes down while every other musician just ices the cake. And with Tyler’s songs and compelling voice, what a cake it is! There are many more but that’s definitely top tier. Check out one of Tyler’s 2023 shows on KZfaq and decide for yourself. ☮️
