Yes, you absolutely can fit multiple pairs of ears! It also depends on the type of ears. You could fit a ton of wire ears, and fewer of the really plush stuffed ones. I sort of rotate each pair 90 degrees with the ears outwards, then fill in any extra space. There's usually even little spaces left where I stick things like hair bows.
