Amazing day jigging out at the reef with a solid mixed bag of quality reef fish, then to top it off we stumble across 2 nice bommies off the reefs edge withe the current running perfectly over it to pull off a new PB Red Emperor and then to show it wasn't a fluke next drop I do it again! Unfortunately lost a GoPro over the side so I lost a lot of content but I'm sure you'll still enjoy it!

Hey Mick - took me a few days to get through this vid - glad I kept at it! I've never pushed my 1500 as hard as you did on that 1st red, gives me good hope! Another great day out with your old man and your mate Josh. Despite the trigger to finish I bet the freezer looked better the next day. Peace!

Yeah I’m devastated! Lost so much good stuff, I have no idea how it’s gone, I’m not usually careless with things but the only explanation I have is it’s gone overboard 🤦🏼♂️

Approximately what kilo drag you running on the Ocea Jigger mate?

I run the full 7kg and then finger and thumb on the spool when needed… I have beefed the drag up on both my ocea’s but not a crazy amount, just by cleaning the carbontex and running them with a very fine layer of gear grease instead of the drag grease…

Can confirm still taste worse than most fish so just not worth keeping when you've got better options. Spent most of my life fishing all along the sunny coast. More power to u of course, a feeds a feed at the end of the day
