I have a 2019 Jayco And love it. After the wife and I purchased the trailer we spent a lot of time fixing all the stupid stuff the factory missed, but now it is top notch. It happened to have the Baja package and it offers really nice options like a lift and bigger propane tanks which in my book is a plus. Really love the look of the Jayco interiors, nice and clean. Absolutely love the Murphy bed with the feature of being able to leave the bedding on and fold it up. And the lighting is very bright inside which is nice and you can turn individual lights off to dim at night. Nice trailers👍

Absolutely LOVE the design of this little trailer for our 5-month summer travels! This is now our top choice on our short list. LOVE not having a slide. As full-time RVs for 7 years, slides are the #1 issue we've had, and we LOVE having full access to everything while on the road. I will never own an RV to travel with, with a slide again! Love the colors/decor, the big tanks, the 12v fridge, the solar, and especially the size and light weight. This is perfect little trailer for us!!!

True, if not locked. Easy enough to place a lock on it, or store inside if you'll be away from the unit for an extended period of time.

Up until watching this video, I really wanted a Hummingbird 16MRB. While I would still buy one of those if I can find one within reason and distance, I now have this as an option. The Murphy bed and especially the rear bathroom are my key points.

I’ve looked at lots of camper and I’m glad I got the gulfstream vista cruiser 19csk with a small slide it’s literally the perfect camper for me I have an oven and shower and everything i need

I absolutely love it, it’s almost perfect, I just wish the Murphy beds looked better, I seriously dislike the mattress showing at the top, I wish they had a decorative wood piece at the top that covered that completely that extended out for extra floor support at the foot of the bed and I’d rather have the leg extensions in the sofa than the table and drawers.

Jayco what I would love to see moving forward and keep in mind I’m just a trucker I don’t count for much but induction cooktop convection microwave and stainless steel diamond plate splashguard front and side with a slot for the other side that would be a game changer in the industry everybody else would have to follow Plus a front windshield

I hope it doesn't have as many problems as our 22 212QB has had. A water leak from the plumbing that was never glued and one in the shower where the tub and wall meet. The first time I let the awning out, the fabric started ripping. When I unplug from shore power, I have to replace a 15 amp fuse to the refrigerator. It's taken 2 months just to get another awning. The dealer has had it more than we have.

Like the bed area a lot. TV too far away though from sleeping area and couch. Really dig the bathroom with storage, and huge improvement is large window by the dinette. But, need a model without dinette; replace with recliners or couch.

There’s no food Prep area. I’d assume the dinette table would be handy for that.

I guess the price would be the deciding factor if I like it or not, but if money was no object, I think Id pretty much love it with a couple upgrades 1 being that blue handle for the shower that recycles your water till it gets hot... Also a couple batteries and inverter wired with the solar on board... Tks for the video....

We have the 2022 171BH model, let me tell ya!! We have drug ours all over Kentucky/Tn/ and to the beaches of the OBX. We live close to LBL and have only had it parked once at LBL, we have truly enjoyed it, my husband lived in it for 4 months while working out of town. It looks unlike any other it's size and there isn't a place we have parked it that someone hasn't offered to buy it or just was in awe of how cool and nice it looks.

Can afford to use a smaller more fuel efficient truck to haul this one. Also at 20 feet I can see this same layout working perfectly inside a Transit style van or a box truck with very little sacrifice or modification. Manufacturers have come a long way!

Any concerns with the fridge (and freezer I think?) running off battery with no propane option? My experience is they can deplete even a very hefty battery in less than 12 to 18 hours, while not even making a noticeable difference in the propane.

That's the one thing that a gas absorption fridge has going for it - it will run much longer with no shore power than a 12v fridge. If you plan to do a lot of off-grid camping, then beefing up the solar (and battery) capacity will allow for much longer stays without shore power. Appreciate the comments.

Almost perfect. I would love this with a rear split entry into the bathroom. All the dirt doesn't get dragged thru the camper. And best of all you could thread a kayak , bikes or paddle board in the center of the RV. Just a thought to pass along to the powers that be. 😊

Best layout in a trailer I have ever seen. Finally, a North-South bed so the wife does not half to roll over me to get out of bed!!!! However, all videos should include the price of the trailer at the time of the video!!!!!

I do like the FP, but ultimately it's the lack of any slideout that gets me. Love the collapsing ladder and stowaway table. You can use both wherever you need them instead of where the manufacturer decides.

You’ll miss out on that big campside window with a slide out. Coffee and rainy meal days are much better with a nice more private view.

The no-slide design is PERFECT for us. So tired of slide issues in multiple RVs, and having full access 100% of the time to EVERYTHING while on the road, is critical for us! Of course, if one plans to sit in a campground for months on end, then slide(s) are nice, but this is not meant for that. It's a small, agile, lightweight, trailer built for TRAVEL!

It's nice. They should lose that wood door to the bathroom and change it for a folding door. Lighter and doesn't look so intrusive and large inside a small trailer.

I love this layout, the only concern I have is the bathroom door opens into the face of the fridge. I would have it swing from the opposite side. Great video Mike!

It’s nice that you can store your bedding behind the bed, but I don’t understand why they had it come down directly on top of the sofa because then you can’t use the jacknife sofa as a sleeping area which is what you want to use a jacknife sofa for.

I ended up in the hospital last year with two torn meniscus from a failed telescoping ladder. If one latch fails on this ladder, it starts a domino effect bringing the whole ladder down. Jayco is taking a huge risk using this as a cost saving alternative.

Thanks for your feedback. These ladders actually cost more than the traditional mounted ladders. Jayco tends to be a late adopter on certain additions to their units particularly where safety is concerns so I have to believe that the brand they use has been thoroughly tested. Appreciate your input.

I had one of these ladders also. They do fail a lot. Sand is not your friend and one latch fail, it all falls.

You left the lights on behind the bed an it could get hot if there were blankets an pillows back there. I use to detail RVs an some of the lights got really hot could start a fire.

Can a star-gazing window be custom added over the bed?? Similar to the 2023 R Pod RP-192 or 2022 Ibex 19RBM. I would buy the 173MRB in a heart beat if it had a window up front!
