Andrzej, here is something to consider! That inner pipe being square and when it's inserted, the fan will be blowing downward pushing air, the possible issue I see is that when air is in _'motion'_ it likes to have the smoothest surface to fully move it's potential distance. This also poses somewhat of a _'thermodynamic'_ issue because when the air will be blown in motion, it will have to counteract the *_'square'_* corners of the internal surfaces as it moves creating a macro deficiency problem! Think of a Bus or a Truck with a flat vertical back and in bad wet weather, you will always notice a lot of dirt behind these large vehicles and the reason for this is because when they are in motion, the wind that _'flies'_ off the top and the sides going towards the rear of the Bus and Truck, this wind is _'sucked'_ into a vortex swirl which is a negative force of air movement which then causes the wet road dirt to get sucked upward and slam itself against the back of the Bus and Truck! This is why you will always see the flat rear ends always heavily covered in road dirt! The only way to prevent that is to install a specially designed _'spoiler'_ to redirect that airflow massively reducing and redirecting the negative swirling airflow! In your case, this same principal is partially applied to the design of the square inner tube because even though the air will travel downward, it will not be in 100% co-efficiency mode as this air is forced down and some of that air will be _'slipping'_ past those sharp square edges creating a partial negative internal vortex that will decrees the airflow mass efficiency. There are a few foreseen possibilities to help decrease and/or illuminate the negative vortex and that is to round off the corners as much as you can! It would also greatly help to _'polish'_ these surfaces using 400 grit, then 800 grit, then 1200 grit and all the way to a mirror finish by using Wet-Sanding sandpapers, and finally finish off by buffing the flat surfaces with cutting compound and finished with a final polish and buffed to as close as possible in a mirror-like finish. Doing so will not solve 100% of the vortex issue, but with rounded corners and a mirror finish or close to it will certainly help to move the air flow much more efficiently, and while you are at this stage, maybe it's a real good time to definitely consider this option. Just a partial proven factual scientific idea to possibly be mindful of while you're in this build stage!

Witam Andrzej, this camper looks hughe. how long and tall will it be? and how many kg do you think will be the final camper?

My suggestion is making 35-50 cm coil of soft copper tubing small enough to fit inside the chimey and install a small electric circulation pump outside the chimeney and a longer copper tube connected to pump and this larger copper tube clipped to the lower part inside the camper ! No need for fans !❤❤❤
