Can rabies virus transmission through infected organ transplants (and cornea transplant) be considered as "human to human transmission" , at least in some way ?

But what causes anti-rabies vaccine failures ? And why do some patients suffer from lyssaphobia and how to manage their cases ? 🙏

Rabies virus can pass through the blood-brain barrier . But why the rabies antibodies cannot pass through the blood-brain barrier ? I am just being curious, so I asked the questions . I work in bio - mathematics and I don't know much about medical science . I am only a simple PhD (applied math) 🙏

Situations that DO NOT MEET the criteria for potential human exposure to rabies include the following: Wounds of unknown origin where no animal has ever been witnessed by any person at the scene. Petting rabies or potentially insane animals without the touch of saliva. Direct contact with the bat where the person is reasonably exposed is certain the bite did not occur. Exposure situations of any kind involving wild/free-roaming rabbits or small rodents (e.g., squirrels, chipmunks, rats, mice). Exposure situations of any kind involving pet rabbits or small pet rats (e.g., rats, mice) placed exclusively in the house. Contact with blood, urine, feces (e.g., guano), milk, or spray (e.g., from skunks) rabies or potentially insane animals. Secondary exposure scenarios (i.e., contact with animals, surfaces or objects that have been in contact with rabid or potentially rabid animals) that do not meet the definition of open wound or mucus membrane exposure. Is it true this statement
