I ordered it from Amazon and it came today. Only I had cataract surgery and that little booklet was more than I could handle. So I turn to KZfaq, where I got one crappy video after another that didn't want to show me how to set it up. You saved the day! I actually tried it out for a quick second but now it's on the charger and I am so excited to be able to use it tomorrow. I noticed you using the machine on your neck. You should always go upwards with any application, cleaning or using any electronic or handheld device. Just like your face, it help to keep the skin from drooping.
