MicroLight / Ultralight Engine Repair - Cors-Air Black Bull starter problems.

Having previously removed and diagnosed a broken pull start spring which had to be replaced (part one of this repair in the link below), in this video I reassemble the pull start mechanism, fit it back onto the engine and finally give the unit a pull to see of it will turn the engine over.

The joys of a 5 or 20 minute job. It was certainly very picturesque with all the snow. Bring on 2024.

Glad to see you got it all done. Refitting the main Undercarriage legs on a Jet Provost I would end up with a plaster on every finger.

I do see the appeal of electric power. I’m not convinced the battery power / endurance is quite there yet, but I’m sure that’s where we are heading. 👍

Great finger work with that lube, sorry I mean grease. You've clearly done that before. Hopefully the laceration of the hand will become a scar, giving bragging rights in the bar.

So you won't be having a slinky for Christmas? Winter can be an emotional time, but your situation in that cold to me would be an F***ing nightmare.

@@NatJB I’m spending Xmas in a nice warm padded room while my therapist helps me deal with my “spring” issues. They’ve only just given me back access to the internet. Small steps to recovery!
