Question a device CAL is asign to a specific device and only that device? or it means that I can only form 1 device at a time, I mean I´m now on PC1 but tomorrow I´m on PC2 do I need a Device call for PC1 and another for PC2?

If you use two PCs and you are the only user, I would go with a User CAL. But if you are already stuck with Device CALs then you need two, one per device.

Can any organization use O365F3 on devices with screen greater than 10'3

The limit is a bit higher now. 10’8- ish. But no, as far as I remember, there are no exceptions.

I am a small company. We are creating a new Linux Business Server and we expect to have a single Windows VM running with it. Before we start selling it we want to be sure we have the licensing requirement for our VM use case understood. Does your company have a Q/A or email consulting or otherwise some kind of method where I can pay to have you answer some of the questions surrounding my proposed use case?
