It tells me that I need to do it safari and change my search engine on safari then tells me to sign in and use search bar for 500 points but after I do that It doesn’t work

I did all of these steps multiple times and it just isn't working, I'm on Android, I set bing as my default browser, I do a search and I don't get the points. Could I be doing something wrong?

how do you get the 500 points. On my phone I selected my default search as bing like you said. And after the 500 reward docent says claim. it still says get started

When you’re in bing scroll up. When you scroll to the very top, you’ll see 3 lines. Click that and press sign in. Then you need to search something random on bing. Once you do that, go to Microsoft rewards and scroll down. You’ll find something that says redeem your 500 points.

Do you have multiple Google accounts? If you do, maybe change your default search in the main account, log out and in to the other Google account, and then do the process? Hope this helps!

Do you have multiple Google accounts? Also maybe try one on a tablet if you have one? I imaging that each Google account carries its own search preference, so it should work. Hope this helps!

Did you have Bing set as your search engine previously? If so, you may want to create a new Google account to log in with, then switch it from Google to Bing. Hope this helps.

Hello! I am using Microsoft rewards for a while and I am nearly to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. But, before I do so, I need to know will I need a credit card, like when you redeem standard Game Pass Code, or it will be automaticly applied to my account? I don't have a credit card, so I don't want to my points go to waste. I hope somebody redeemed it already and can help me. Thank you very much.😀

It should just apply to your account. If there is something related to renewal they will ask you for credit card info.

Maybe having multiple Google accounts? Do this process while logged in to one account, log out once you confirm it worked, restart your phone, change Google account, then try with your second Rewards account? I'm sure there are households that have several Rewards accounts and maybe not as many mobile devices, so I'm thinking this will work?

@Spider Man; Dont do like I did and redeem rewards points for multiple accounts at the same time; You WILL get caught! They take away all rewards accounts and take it all with them! I begged, pleated, and attempted to sell them my oldest child in exchange for my original account. At the time I thought we were allowed to have more than one. NOPE... ONLY 1.

Same but I figured it out. 1. You log on a computer to your rewardsaccount and start the process (open the instructions window) 2. In your phone, you erase all your search history 3. You establish bing as the search engine 4. You search anything 5. After you have searched, you click on the right top corner "Login" 6. You login and it should be done I did it on Android Hope it helps
