Microsoft Store Stuck On Pending When Downloading - (FIXED) Windows 11 and 10.
While downloading any updates or apps and games on the Microsoft Store it stuck on pending.
Apply these 2 easy fixes and restart your PC and the issue will be fixed.
RUN Command to Reset Microsoft Cache = wsreset.exe
Windows terminal command
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Folks, if you alrd try above recommendation and still give you nil result. i suggest, you disable your IpV6 from your network adapter setting (go to your network and sharing center -> click change adapter setting -> right click to your connection -> properties -> uncheck the IPV6 protocol). i am stuck with downloading around 1 month and this wayout solves my problem. try to like this comment, if this is works for you.

This works to anyone reading comments! No viruses or bugs at all and if it says “declined” exit out of terminal and right click again and make it a admin on the computer then paste it in terminal!

i tried to do this a couple of days ago and it worked. but then i came back and i wanted to download another app and the same problem kicked in. I wanted to ask fi there's something i can do to prevent having to come back everytime and do the same thing cuz tbh it's really annoying that i have to do the same procedure everytime i wanna download an app from the microsoft store

you have to paste the command in poweshell (admin), and if it showed red text and didnt work after you pasted the command in powershell check if you have microsoft store open because if it is it will not work this is what happened to me at least
