Same issues. But my volume slider is grayed out for CODEC so I can’t increase the volume (stuck on 1). Running JS8Call with Windows 11. Can’t figure out HOW to adjust the grayed out CODEC volume.

Thanks for the information. My FT8 stopped working after I installed windows updates. I started to go nuclear but watched your video and that was the problem. Thanks for my peace of mind

This software used to be pretty good in the good old days I don't know who's taking over development but they can't code

Thank you, I was hoping that was my problem. I am not getting anything on my band activity nor the wide graph. have codec on both wsjt and windows 11

I am running an HP laptop with Windows 11, and I can not adjust the WSJT-X slider either, it is greyed and on 1. If I go into my Microphone slider, I can turn it up ALL the way 100% it will work some, only about 24%, but it does work !

Microsoft Windows 11 is a big pain in the but. For audio input and output drivers and settings. IT Insists on staying with Real tech audio drivers instead of the USB Audio Codec And many times you have to remind WSJT-X That the Audio CODEC Drivers (For my Yaesu FT 991A) that THEY Are "right here" and tell point the settings to them. After you re start up the program again.

I use Dell laptop and IC-7300 my problem is that the sound comes out of my laptop and no power or signal is coming out of the radio, please help 😢

thats my issues also but I have a flexradio and have many options. I dont know what one to choose, none say Codec.

flex does not use Signalink, therefor NO Codec -
