If anyone facing issues after installation then he/she can check the controller if the problem is into the controller or sensor side. Most of the problems occur in the sensor installation side.

My controller LEDs are working as expected. But, when the LED says "tank full" indicator, the motor still continues to run. It is not shutting down. What could be the issue?

the OH indicator is on after tank is full but the motor keeps on running ? The controller has been running fine for 3 years. Even when i remove the indicator wire from the OH , the motor keeps on running ?

It may due to sensors wires poor conductivity. Try to change wire. Or direct connect sensors to controller and dip into water buckets.

You should change cable. There may be some shorting in between cable wires.

Is this for 2 motor. Over head and underground.? Can we connect to overhead only

No. Only for one overhead tank

@@lijuktvm yes it works upto 150 meter but distance working depends on water quality and guage of the wire. More thin wire, more distance. UH UL is for underground tank.

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem with water auto controller, due to lockdown technical person not able to visit. All these years working fine, pump starts and stops after water level reaches UH, but suddenly motor suddenly starts and stops...these continues...am scared this sensor mall functioning may damage the motor, already this happened one year back, so now am using manual mode and switching off after few minutes.... what will be the problem? Appreciate your help. Thanks
