I disagree, for me it is a very traditional Twisted fate build. We are obviously used to seeing the red branch with electroshock, for me the blue branch of runes is always better. An example of a player who plays tf this way is WuhuShen, otp Chinese Twisted Fate. For those who didn't know they wanted the math, @8:10 the baus used TF ult for 672 gold. He went from 346g to 1018g even if he killed an enemy that had a 350g bounty he still would have gotten less gold. Ult'ing for minions is more of a hard to see reward.
