i am 1st b-tech student, my father is a farmer who earns only one lakh to two lakh and having land upto 7 acres now we have 9 lakhs of loan and expenditure of 3 or 4 lakhs per year on your family how to maintain our family 😢 for 3 years. In this situation could i sale 0.5 acres of land and clear the loan and I have plan of ms then could sale this land plz reply

@@M.V.CHOWDARI your financial situation definitely could be better soon. But once you lose the land, it is hard to repurchase it. Study hard and try to get a scholarship in the desired institution, you can get a collateral-free loan for your higher education.

Sometimes these things have emotional bonding. I bought a car just for my dad. He was farmer and worked really hard to give us good education. So I bought the car worth my CTC.

True. But Emitions should not gain over finances. If your father uses the car once in a week /month , then its waste of money. On contrast, if he is a regular commuter and gives him comfort and flexibility , then its worthy

Definely emotional value should also be considered, after all we are emotional beings. Now we got the knowlege, we can weigh now Pros(including emotional values) and Cons of purchasing and take a decision we donot regret.

మా ఇంట్లో 2 న్యూ cars ఉన్నాయి...నేను మాత్రం ola and Uber use చేస్తాను...ఇక్కడ నాంకు మెయిన్ concern enti ante....Cab services తో మనకి responsibility ఉండదు,పార్కింగ్ టెన్షన్ ఉండదు,car ki గీతలు పడతాయి అని టెన్షన్ ఉండదు...Most important...Driving stress ఉండదు , చిరాకు,తిట్టుకోవడం (especially city lo). Driving chese time lo పని చేసి producticity increase చేసుకోవచ్చు...ఫోన్ కాల్స్ తీసుకోవచ్చు....Health wise...Rude hailing service best

Thank you so much Money Purse team for all your efforts to educate and prepare people for financial discipline, i did the same math manually (ofcourse in Excel) during 2017, but ofcourse not in such professional presence😂 and bought my car on 13th December 2017 Maruti Dzire.. i came to conclusions of buying it, as I could derive that from third year onwards it was green for me, because on an average my daily travel needs comes around 150 kms (including out station drives)
