Would probably do a lot of runners good to prep eachother on explaining the run and banter. Even if the runner loves talking, including the couch early so often makes it more fun for everybody.

This is fair, my lack of prepping decent notes that can be learned in off time hindered the couch inclusion. Once I make more stable run notes, to teach how to run the game, it will be easier to make sure my commentary isn't that far behind.

was it ever explained how he just teleports away from the mission and it automatically gets completed?

They don't explain it, but you can fail some mandatory missions and it will allow you to progress anyway. Getting too far away automatically fails the mission.
