This Middle Finger Crochet Stitch (FKA Larksfoot) will forever be that stitch that helped me work through and get on the other side of my mental health crisis of 2022. This repetitive stitch of double crochet, extended double crochet, and chain stitches became meditative, bringing me into presence, with the added message that still leaves me cackling to this day.

I am loving this stitch too, it seems to go quickly, only wish it was easier to change colors. Maybe some awesome yarn company could create a yarn that is dyed for this stitch, oh if only that would be my wish🤣😂🤣😂
