12:50 I'm 58 and I've lived the '2nd hand life' all my life. I was going to Thrift Stores and Yard Sales when it was taboo. Well look at everyone now having a good ole time 😁. I have 2 things to say; (1) "You know who your real friends are who appreciate every gift you give them regardless of where it was purchased." I lost friends through the years because of my way of life, but if you saw my way of life, you wouldn't believe it, and many people don't. It's a great feeling when you can gift items to people you KNOW will treasure it for the rest of their lives. My best friends of 30 years will attest to this very fact. I may have lost some friends, but I've also taught many people along the way about (2) "It's important to save history and the environment, but it's more important to teach the history of those treasures too". I believe your next big venture will be European art and art pottery along with European porcelain and glass. There's a lot of European pottery out there that many people miss...but not me. Happy Hunting and thank you for your service also from another Vet.✌

European pottery is on my list to learn. Thank you for sharing your story with me. The friend I’m gifting the Aztec statue is an awesome guy. Can’t wait to see him soon! And that is funny, just a few years ago thrifting was taboo. A lot of smack still goes on, but doesn’t phase me. Different strokes for different folks 😊

Lovely! I enjoyed watching you dig, took me back to my days with my grandmother, going through donations for our church rummage sale, was always exciting to see what I’d find. My mom would hold me back from taking the neat stuff 😑 I have a gift of finding value in “junk”, love this life!

That looks like fun! Tortoise is pronounced like "tor tuss" -- A tortoise is a kind of turtle. So the design is like a tortoise shell. :)
