Rabbi Elhanan Beck has lived outside of Israel since he was three years old, this is despite the fact that his family lineage in what he calls “Palestine” goes back seven generations.
Beck stands with what he says are the vast majority of Orthodox Jews who strongly oppose Israel. Their reason: the Jewish religious principle that Jews need to live in exile until the “peaceful” arrival of the messiah, and because of the “oppression” and “brutality” that Israel is built upon.

I understand what you are saying that you can’t force a prophecy to come about. There is however a well known phenomenon of self fulfilling prophecies. If enough people believe something will happen and commit themselves to it then it can happen. Doesn’t have anything to do with miracles, more about human emotions and commitment.

...as a professional singer, my father, tho a christian, sang music at events for all faiths. Once, many years ago, as he was leaving a synagogue after such an event, he passed a couple of elders, overhearing one of whom who was asking the other, 'when do you think the messiah will actually come?'. As he walked past, he couldn't help but mischieviously comment 'oh, he's been and gone,.... you must have missed him!' and carried on walking!

Subhannallah I love this Rabbi hes hilarous and you can tell hes genuinely of the people of the book. Im Muslim and in the Quran it says there will be Jews and Christians who will be devout in there ways and I beleive this Rabbi is a perfect example

He really knows what he is talking about. Very knowledgeable and knows how to explain his religion, true Judaism. Seems more spiritual connected to Judaism than al the rabbi’s I have ever seen on YT. May Allah guide him en his group and guide us all.
