A new modern UK route has released for Train Sim World 3, this being the Midland Mainline which links three key cities; Derby, Leicester & Nottingham. Traction for the route comes as the amazing VP185 HST & the Class 158 Express Sprinter, lets drive both. Hope you enjoy!

You also get 7 Class 66 services on the route, although these require the RHTT Class 66 NOT the SEHS Class 66 (what I was thinking)

PROS: Looks amazing (something I was only dreaming about 10 years ago) CONS: Looks the same as GRW from almost 6 years ago (14th September 2017) Cudos to DTG/TSW3 being the greatest sim at the moment, but developement/improvement speed is very conservative.... 2 years for more trains on the route, 2 more years for more passangers on platform, 2 more years for dinamic weather :)

Had a play around on this , it’s quite a well represented route although the variety isn’t great. Overall I’d say it’s a great route 🥳

The 158 has Cummins sounds on a Perkins unit. Seems all EMT 158s were grouped together regardless of engines.

Holdddddd Ace you just put out some false info. B on X Box One is the only button you can hit for acknowledging any of the safety systems on the controller. You do have to press it more than once but it does work bro. I think I heard you say that before. TIP SALUTE

i'm quite sad that the GWR one doesnt have livery designer compatibility aswell, it's stupid. it's dovetail going in for a cash grab trying to get you to buy a new route for the same train you have just to get a feature that 90% of TSW3's players wanted on the HST

It's a sham on Xbox Class 158 wipers don't clear rain Class 43 DSD can't be acknowledged by the B button on controller.

Hey Ace on X Box One it is not good to play your games while something is downloading. TRUST ME I know it works after a certain point but you may corrupt your files and you won't know until one day it doesn't work. TRUST ME It's happened to me. Great Video ....SALUTE Peace Outtttttt

How do you get the free roam camera to move really fast? Mine moves really slow and I can’t catch up with the train. I’m on Xbox as well

Got it on PS5 today and was driving a service from Leicester to Nottingham... then like 2 miles outside Nottingham AWS just applied without any warning and the emergency brake kicked in. After releasing the brake the the pressure wouldn't build up and I couldn't get the thing moving again.... need to do a run again on that and see if that is a recurring issue

@viliusr.8792 haha.... I played the service again and this seems to be a bug. Instead of AWS warning me at the amber signal when approaching Nottingham it just immediately applies the emergency brakes

It is a separate DLC from the Steam/Epic store, and you need a fairly beefy PC to run TSW3

There’s a bug on these trains when playing in passenger mode. The doors that are closed when coaches are stabled are invisible when walking through the train. This means the player must shut these doors (white double doors with small windows) and reopen them to proceed, fixes anyone?

East Midlands parkway not far from Gotham. .. is the route that quite in real life. And no the horn blasting isn't fun

I have both a ps5 and an Xbox series x and the Xbox is my preferred system, but I have learned to not buy sim games on Xbox. For some reason sim games are inferior on Xbox and I think it's because of the series s.
