Totally unrelalted to this knife, but i still wanted to tell you i really enjoy your channel for the lack of knife snobbery going on here. Whether it´s chinese or american, a unknown startup brand or household name, cheap or expensive, you´re genuinely excited about the knife and don´t bother about the politics involved or any hype. Always feels nice to come here, just hang out for a while and watch a guy get excited about a new knife. Keep it up! Oh and that knife looks like it´s gonna transform into Optimus Prime any second. Love it!

Mammoth vs xm-24 😲 Maxace killing it already in the beginning of 2021. First with the Goliath now with the Mammoth. I’m going to have to pick this up in the next couple of days, just need to continue thinning out the collection. My collection is going to start looking Maxace biased. First was the Red Queen, then Goliath and now I’m going to need the Mammoth. That removable flipper tab was next level.

Midnight Cat Studio/Maxace Mammoth, my absolute dream knife, the wave, the mountain of V4E. I have been on a quest and a half for a CPM-4V/V4E folder of any substantial size and to my tastes. They barely exist to begin with. Got my b first two Spydercos period, and what an exotic introduction, CPM-4V DLC Manix 2 and PM2, from runs of only 500. This is the steel of my obsession and in the format I would have dreamed of. The Spydercos, the few that exist were in the 63.8-65 HRC range, this guy was said to be 62. I cannot believe I missed this godsend on White Mountain Knives, kicking myself in the ass and hoping they get another batch. Favorite vendor by far. Does the blade appear laminated at all? Would love this sucker DLCed, just wonder about potential corrosion for this level investment. Love ya LTK, salt of the Earth, man of the people
