If you couldn't get people to dance, this was the song. This 12" vinyl; a workhorse for me in the club on my 80's mix set back in the early 90's. Mixed this version with the regular version on the club's Technics 1200's & go back and forth. It was a BLAST! LOVE LOVE the multiple bass beats! Brings back memories!

I really wish I hadn't played this at 2am. I just want to get up and dance like we did back then. Not sure my neighbours would appreciate it though. Amazing that you can not hear a song for decades and as soon as it starts, you remember ever last detail. Every word, bridge, chorus, break and memories of the time...I knew being a kid would be the best days of my life. I hate realising that I still underestimated just how crap being a 'responsible adult' would be.

This is my afternoon for listening to old school burning disco jams!!! This was a monster song to skate backwards to, and show off song for the boys to boss moves to the girls... Music like this rocks the soul and fries the heart into doing something other than sitting still.. Priceless!!!

Mind boggling realising young kids today would prefer Lewis capaldi to this! How the listening ear has changed. I'm guessing it's all down to lack of places to go out and groove to, party events and nightclubs which have all but disappeared over the last 20 years. WELL THEY'VE ALL MISSED OUT!
